We fine-tune your project concept into a solid logical framework through a series of joint workshops, defining the conceptual background, objectives, activities, deliverables and long-term results that meet your needs. To be able to guarantee this, our team must be armed with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the program and relevant EU policies and regulations. In addition, at this stage we will connect you and your project with potential partners, as we believe that a successful application depends not only on a good project concept, but also to a large extent on the composition of the partnership. With our direct access to a wide network of potential European partners and experts, we will guide you through this process and provide recommendations and suggestions.

We have established a wide base of reliable partners from all EU member states and beyond, with whom you will achieve the goals of your project

After the partnership is composed, we continue to refine the details of your project. We create a detailed implementation plan through a series of consultations with partners and key stakeholders, we also define the budget framework and key responsibilities of the core members of the consortium. If the concept needs to be approved by the relevant authority, we will assist you with this in a program-dependent manner.

• Writing an application for a call for proposal

We will write a winning project proposal for you, that will be able to successfully compete with other applications in the call for proposal

At the last stage, we prepare a project application for you, including a detailed division of tasks between partners with an appropriate bottom-up budget, based on which we can complete the entire application form and the related administrative tasks necessary to submit a justified and successful proposal.
